The objective for the group’s general management is to formalise the state of play of production capacities, anticipate demand and budget investments to adapt industrial tools to 3, 5 and 10 years
First, we provided an overview of the following points :
- Functional distribution
- Surface planning
- Macro flows
- Production capacity
- Expansion potential
- HSE
- Qualitative
Then we provide elements to anticipate the needs of the site in the coming years through :
- A study on quantitative and qualitative needs
- The modelling of production and packaging capacity
- The identification of bottlenecks on the basis of a shared inventory, validated with growth assumptions
- The creation of potential development scenarios for the site
